Ps4 download not progressing

I cant load the game doing story or online on my PS4. But it still gets stuck at 90%. also Ive seen fixes for ps3 on deleting caches and game To speed up the download/install speed just put the console on Rest Mode.

Deleting the update, redownloading does not fix it and the system firmware is the latest version. What can I do?
